De “space in between” energie<\/h2>\n

September is “the space in between.” Geen zomer, maar ook nog geen herfst. Vaak hebben we de neiging om in deze tijd te denken dat we een spurt tot het eind van het jaar “moeten” maken. Maar als je cyclisch leeft dan begrijp je dat dat niet hoeft.<\/p>\n

Het is tijd om de oogst van het land te halen, van de laatste zomermomenten te genieten en langzaamaan naar binnen te keren. Het is een mystieke tijd. De mist die ’s morgens over de velden hangt, die verandering van de kleuren in de natuur, koken met wat er van het land afkomt en te gaan invoelen op de stilte van de winter die komt.<\/p>\n

Een van de woorden die voor mij in de energie blijft hangen is PUURHEID. En natuurlijk is de natuur daar zo’n voorbeeld van. Geen haast. Geen agenda. Maar \u00e9\u00e9n grote intu\u00eftieve creatie, waar wij zoveel van kunnen leren. De onderstaande tekst van Lao Zsu is er eentje om de komende tijd (of eigenlijk altijd) te onthouden.<\/p>\n

Bomen laten hun bladeren gewoon vallen omdat het tijd is.\u00a0 Herfststormen komen voorbij omdat het tijd is. Alles is cyclisch. Geen haast. Maar intu\u00eftief aanvoelen wanneer iets mag gebeuren.<\/p>\n

Hoe fijn zou het voor je zijn om op die manier te leven? Niet teveel denken. Maar meer voelen. Zeker niet pushen of gepusht worden. Het is een verandering in mindset. Een “my time – my space – my rhythm” manier van denken. Gewoon leven. Op jouw manier. Niet wat je denkt te moeten.<\/p>\n
